Urgent Repairs - May 2021

Unfortunately the boardwalk has taken a pounding during the Covid lockdown year.

Flood waters, heavy cycle use and vandalism haven taken their toll.

The Friends of Fairy Dell looked at the damage and managed to identify funding to make temporary repairs and Middlesbrough Council having confirmed our plan stepped up and supplied extra material and extra support.

We hope the damage can be kept to a minimum as we search for a method to extend the use of the country foot path
